finding my groove
I have had this yummy box of scrapbook supplies {Green Tangerines Kit Club-May 2010} sitting here on my studio table...staring at me. I have opened the box at least 50 times, trying to find my groove. I love it all...the colors are happy ones. I have been wanting to play and create with it. I am sad to report that it has sat here, untouched for almost two weeks. I know...G-A-S-P, right?!
This is literally the craziest time of the year. It rates right up there with the Christmas season in my book. We have been busy playing/watching baseball games, wrapping up Art Docent lessons(times two classrooms),setting up for the Art Show, birthday parties, the school carnival, appreciating our wonderful teachers for an entire week, attending back to school night, creating fun handouts for my girls each Sunday, planning/helping with the end of the school year parties...and the list goes on.
I was determined to get one layout done yesterday and I did. I am hoping to create another one tonight. I am posting my intentions here on my blog so I will be committed to do so. I will report back tomorrow :-)...or maybe Saturday morning. I get to see Lady Antebellum and Tim McGraw in concert tomorrow night...so excited. My fingers are crossed in hopes of sunshine and a little warmth.

I can't wait to see your layouts!
Looks like a fun kit! I'll be anxious to see what you do with it! Have fun at the concert--keep an eye out for my dd!
Have a great time at the concert!!!!
I know what you mean about being a crazy time of year...I can't wait for summer break so I can get some scrapbooking projects done too!
Ah...we're in the same boat, then! Hope the concert was a blast...can't wait to see your layouts...maybe it will motivate me! :)
I agree. I have always felt that the last month of school is as stressful as the holidays. Too much to do and too little time. Hope you got a chance to work on your pages! :)
