1 day left...

aka Christmas Eve! Oh, the excitement is at an all time high in our home. The boys are no longer counting down the days but are now onto counting down the hours & minutes.
Our day was filled with wrapping last minute gifts, doing last minute chores and lots of cooking. We Check Spellinghosted Christmas Eve for John's side of the family tonight.

It wouldn't be Christmas Eve without:

good food,

wassil,

homemade hot chocolate,

family

singing Christmas carols while Aunt Kristina played the piano,

decorating sugar cookies for Santa,

sprinkling reindeer food on the lawn,

reading Polar Express & The Night Before Christmas by the lights of the Christmas tree,

leaving carrots on the porch for those hungry reindeer,

milk and cookies on the table for Santa,

Boys in their Christmas jammies,

& opening a few gifts.

Feeling very grateful for this season and the reason we celebrate this wonderful holiday. Thankful for that sweet babe that was born in a manger, so many years ago. Thankful for his life & example.
Wishing all of you, our family & friends,
a very Merry Christmas!
