PLAY BALL

It's here! Baseball season has officially started for our boys.

Tanner played his first game last night. They played the REDS & ended up winning the game by 5 runs. The final score was 18 to 13. It was a great game to watch. The teams were evenly matched. It made for a great ball game & for some awesome plays. I love to watch Tanner play ball. He will slide into the bases any chance he gets. I need to buy stock in SPRAY & WASH.

John is @ the ball field watching Carter's first game tonight. Are you wondering why I am @ home blogging? Brody has a nasty case of pink eye. He has it in both eyes. He doesn't feel well & there was no way I was hauling him out to a 6 pm game in the cold. I can't wait to hear about the game. Carter is great about giving me the details, play by play!

In other news, it looks like our Mama bird has given birth to her babies. We have not officially seen them but she is sitting pretty high up in her nest. I am hoping to get a few pictures in the next day or two if i can do it w/out invading her space. It will be a sad day when she leaves the nest. I look for her as I pull into the driveway several times a day.

Wish us a restful nights sleep tonight. Brody was up off & on all during the night last night, squirming & crying! Poor little guy!
We hope your weekend is great & filled with sunshine!

I wish you well. Sick kids do not make for a fun life. I'm excited for soccer season around here. All the little boys in our ward play on a team and we head over to the park to watch them play. The girls love it.

The Twins! That's my favorite team. You will be a great baseball player. Have fun!
